Mulching your unwanted rock, trees, and brush is a great way to immediately fix an unsightly problem without any further need for treatment. When I go over something and mulch it, it’s done and on to the next area. No piles to burn later, no pushed up rock and dirt to contend with, and no more headache! It really is instant gratification.

2. I show up at agreed date and time and walk the property with you.

4. Machine time is only billed while work is happening. Customers are not billed for time spent discussing the project or if I’m not making your property look awesome. Actual billable time is charged at the rate of $225 an hour. My rates are posted here so customers know what to expect without having to waste their valuable time calling me.

It is important to understand every job is different. Terrain, rock, density of trees, type of trees, thickness of brush, and customer’s desired look for property all play a role in determining how quickly I can move through a project. With this being said, it is never easy to determine the exact length of time it will take to complete a project. The process is once and done, but it is still a process, and hourly billing is still the cheapest for the customer. Every hour is used to its fullest potential, and a customer is never billed for time that the head isn’t spinning.
